My superpower? Getting sh*t done. And doing it in the most effective, efficient way possible.
I am a professional problem solver. A modern day chief of staff, swiss army knife, throw her in and she'll figure it out solution. A true strategic operator, creative thinker, systems optimizer, people maximizer, dot connector, certified coach, space holder, and all around conscious leader.

I make things happen. With over a decade of experience in strategy, operations, and performance marketing, I've worked with and for top brands like The New York Times, Planned Parenthood, Savage X Fenty, Netflix, and American Express. I’ve driven results at every stage — whether it's managing a +$35MM business operation with a +65 person team or using data to deliver ROI against a digital marketing budget as small as $100 or as large as $5MM. No matter the job, my mission is simple: I help passionate humans and purpose-led businesses find better ways to operate, grow, and thrive. Whether as freelance, contract, fractional support, or something more permanent, I'm ready to help you solve this year's biggest challenges and bring new energy to your business.

A few past problems I helped solve:

Departures

Problem: After decades as a print-first product, Departures needed a new, sustainable business model for their beloved brand. After revamping the outdated brand identity and rebuilding the digital product, I was hired to lead business operations and create order in the chaos of a newly relaunched organization with a lot to live up to.

Solution: I partnered with key stakeholders within American Express, Giant Spoon, and other partners including The New York Times to reorganize the business model, diversify revenue streams, and implement effective change management systems. I was directly responsible for managing the multimillion dollar P&L, overseeing all legal and security needs, and supporting the +65 person team that spanned five different companies through 2023.

Girls Who Code

Problem: In 2020, women made up just 26% of computing jobs. Mojo Supermarket in partnership with Girls Who Code identified that the main reason for this low representation is that girls believe coders don’t look like them. So how do you show the world that the internet needs women coders? By showing them just how much it would suck without them.

Solution: I served as the account manager and business lead to bring to life an alternate reality wherein suddenly a world where girls did not code. Through the use of a highly evocative one-minute film, an interactive digital experience at missing-code.com, and a targeted partnership and social strategy, Girls Who Code celebrated the important impact that women have made on the internet and inspired a future generation of female coders.

Bumble

Problem: Bumble wanted to understand how to effectively position their networking platform to a Gen Z audience. HelloSociety, The New York Times Social Agency, conducted a research study to help inform a larger campaign strategy to make Bumble Bizz Gen Z’s #1 place to network.

Solution: As the head of the data and analytics department, my team launched a first-of-its-kind social survey. Three Gen Z influencers surveyed their audiences on their networking preferences and experiences, resulting in ~400 respondents and rich information. The data told a story of how Bumble could best position their unique value prop, meaningfully reach their target audience, and shape Bumble Bizz’s overarching marketing strategy to get Gen Z to swipe right for all of their networking needs.
